The Fearless Series is our annual lineup of three signature DONNA events — the Marathon Weekend, the Mother’s Day 5K, and the 5K at TPC Sawgrass. Together, they celebrate survivorship, spread awareness, and rally our community around finishing breast cancer.

DONNA Marathon Weekend 2026 brings our community back to the beaches for a powerful, love-forward celebration of movement, survivorship, and connection. Across the Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K, DONNA Dash, Pete’s Bar DONNA Crawl, multi-event challenges, and the two-day Health & Wellness Expo featuring Mayo Clinic’s Thrive Well education series, participants and supporters come together to run, walk, ruck, cheer, and learn in a shared journey toward finishing breast cancer for all. The DONNA Mother’s Day 5K fills Jacksonville’s Riverside neighborhood with color, joy, and togetherness as families, friends, and supporters come out to Celebrate Every Mom. This stroller-friendly, feel-good morning honors the women who shape our lives, uplifts survivors, and remembers those we hold close to our hearts, all while fueling the essential patient services that provide financial relief and compassionate navigation for families facing the challenges of a breast cancer diagnosis.

The DONNA 5K at TPC Sawgrass brings runners, walkers, families, and golf fans onto the iconic course each October for a signature Breast Cancer Awareness Month tradition. Set against world-class fairways and the legendary island green, this feel-good 5K blends athletic energy with community purpose while raising vital funds that help The DONNA Foundation provide financial assistance and compassionate navigation for patients facing the everyday burdens of a breast cancer diagnosis.
