A lot has been happening at The DONNA Foundation since you last heard from us. So we thought this would be a great opportunity to share. We hosted runners from 47 states and 15 countries at the 11th Annual DONNA Marathon Weekend this past February. Thousands of folks came together for a weekend filled with excitement, determination, love and support. The event raised more than $400,000 to support the mission of providing assistance and support to those living with breast cancer, through the DONNA CareLine and funding ground breaking breast cancer research. We love this weekend, it is filled with meeting new friends, reconnecting with old friends, and of course stories– stories sharing why we run and who we are running for. You can follow these stories by following us on Facebook. By the way, registration for the 12th Annual Marathon Weekend is still open and the date is approaching fast— February 10. We have a brand new course this year—it’s flatter, it’s faster, and it’s always fun. Come join us for a weekend long beach party, sign up here.

In November, together with the Tom Bush Family of Dealerships, we presented the 2nd Annual DONNA Topgolf ParTee, hosting 30 individual and company teams, raising nearly $15,000. We were joined this year by the Jacksonville Icemen who placed second overall while promoting a new event with us, DONNA Puck & Stick Stair Challenge powered by the Jacksonville Icemen. Look for more on this event in the next edition of Up to Date. J & W Heating and Air claimed third place and Hen House Marketing scratched their way to the top of the leaderboard finishing in first place.
